- South Australia Wine
South Australia is the largest wine producing region in the country. It produces over 50% of all Australian Wines. Included are all the wine regions of South Australia.
- Adelaide Hills
The Adelaide Hills wine industry is one of the oldest in South Australia. The vineyards are planted in the many slopes and hills of the region.
- Barossa Valley
The Barossa Valley is one of the largest and most important wine regions in South Australia. The wine industry is the regions largest employer, and it is a popular wine tourist destination.
- Clare Valley
The Clare Valley is well known for its many Reislings, Cabernet Savignons, and Shiraz wines. The small, scenic valley is north of the main city of Adelaide.

The Goulburn Valley is a huge area stretching from Seymour in central Victoria up to Echuca on the Murray River. Warm summers and good rainfall make this a fertile area.

With a long history of winemaking, the rugged, rocky peaks of the Grampians form the dramatic backdrop to a region known as the birthplace of Australia's sparkling wine industry.

The Macedon Ranges wine region has the coolest grape-growing climate of any wine region in the country. As a result the region has developed a reputation for excellent sparkling wines and pinot noir.
- Mornington Peninsula
There is an impressive range of varietals grown across the relatively small region – everything from Tempranillo to Gewürztraminer – but the recognised strengths of this cool climate, slow-ripening region, Mornington Peninsula, remain chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot gris.
- Murray Valley
Consumers appreciate the region's easy drinking, well-priced wines, especially chardonnay in Murray Valley.
- Pyrenees
The reputation of the shiraz from the Pyrenees is well-known in Europe where these wines are regarded similarly to those from the Rhône Valley.
- Rutherglen
With 20 cellar doors in close proximity, it's easy to spend a few days in Rutherglen. There is a huge variety of wines produced here, meander between vineyards comparing styles and vintages.
- Yarra Valley
The Yarra Valley is irresistible, with visitors returning time and again to taste its famous wines and foods. Lush green paddock and rows of strong vines paint a story-book picture of rustic life.
